Tried to order my copy yesterday. Damn Pay Pal kept telling me I had entered invalid information -- so untrue! I just ordered from Shocklines, so I know they like me. When will #6 be available there?

I'll try again. Or maybe I'll take a trip into the city sometime soon and actually find one in a real live bookstore!

Issue 6 arrived on Monday, so far it's great (I'm only three stories into it but I'm not reading them in order). I'll post thoughts over in the other forum once I'm done skipping around all the fiction pieces. I read slow though.
This is the most polished looking issue yet. The cover is just stunning to hold in hand.

What strikes me so far from the stories I've read so far can be summed up with "atmosphere". If you'll permit a video game analogy, it's more 'silent hill' than 'resident evil' when I think back to prior issues. Depending on your tastes, this can be a plus or minus - I lean toward the former. Can't comment on the whole thing yet, when i get through the others it might change.
These are the ones I've read so far:
The Survivor by Greg Rubinson Out of the Cradle by J.F. Gonzalez The Smile Thief vs. The Child Thief by Liam Davies

Exactly. Our tastes are morphing a bit towards atmosphere rather than blood and guts. We'd like to have both in the same story, but it doesn't always work. Next issue, however, we have a little known Ed Lee story that is going to make you vomit, or make you want to vomit. ;D Thanks for reading. I always enjoy your comments. Believe it or not, you've indirectly helped shape my layouts with them. Looks like I'm getting better.

Picked mine up at Horrorfind. I've read half and, so far, very impressed again. IR shows other magazines how it should be done.
